That's true Luna. The difference that I see is that Young Living's wolf berries are from Ningxia, China. Even in China they are very sought after, because they are considered the best. Once again I refer you to Pam. She is a YL affiliate, and knows her stuff! I did go to Mountain Rose and it looks interesting. The only thing I might add is cheap is practical, but not always good.

Oh and Brock,

This says that wolf berries (aka Lycii berry) and goji berries are pretty much the same thing.

How do you know the amounts to consume? I see "O" capsules and "OO" which I'm assuming are sizes.

I was planning on making my order at Mountain Rose Herbs, they have a 'wholesale' program for people that buy in bulk and it's cheaper than any other place I have found. Although they don't seem to mention being 'standardized'.

Thanks for the help guys :D

Thanks Chewbit, good advice. I can't speak for Ambaya but I think she's good with the FDA, but won't put it on her products. As far as standardized you would have to speak to the company. It probably good practice to do this with any internet product!

Well that didn't work out as planned. Just go to Check out peoples formulas, and click on Fulvic Green!

Chewbit and Luna. For spirulina I take Fulvic Green. From Ambaya gold. She has the best Hawaiian

spirulina out there. In fact all of her products are cutting edge. They may seem expensive, until one considers how many serving come in a bottle. The added monatomic properties are fantastic. Scroll down and check it out!

Luna, Instead of Goji berries, you might try Wolfberries, from Young living. Speak to Pam about them.

My problem with finding new and nutritious foods is that I get overwhelmed with trying to figure out what to do with them. Like...

While I plan on figuring out how to get my protein from wheat berries/grass I'm still interested in how I could incorporate bee pollen into my diet - but does it come in capsule form or something?

Nori (or spiralina?), how can I have nori without having to make sushi all the time? I'm not sure if I'd be able to eat it plain :/ Spiralina, seems easier to work with. Does it not have alot of taste so you can add powder to just about anything you eat?

With berries, since I plan on making an online order here soon. I wonder if getting dried Goji berries or something might work (can't you rehydrate them later? Do they still have the health benefits after going through the drying process?).

Coconut oil, is it better than Extra virgin olive oil? I was surprised she didn't mention this since that's what the popular belief is that EVO is beneficial in alot of ways over other oils. Can't drinking straight coconut milk-water? be bad? Only in the sense that I heard it was a natural laxative. If it is I'd atleast warn people before telling them to grab one instead of a sports drink - don't want to be in the middle of a game and needing to run to the bathroom!

Teas. Is all tea a problem with being a diuretic? I heard for every glass of tea you have you should have an Extra glass of water a day because it dehydrates. Which teas is this true for?

Leafy greens, gosh I don't know why I have such a problem with these. After my pregnancy its been hard for me to eat salads (as it messes with my stomach). I figured out that adding spinach leaves to soups can be fun or of course to eggs but that's all I got. What's another good way to eat the leafy greens one needs that is relatively easy and atleast Somewhat tasty?

Yay! Chocolate!!! lol. I Love dark chocolate, 65% is my favorite! Never thought about buying powder - bet it makes Awesome chocolate drinks! Can you buy the beans whole?

I appreciate any help!
